Who are you wearing?

Moscot.

Best song about wine?

Little Johnny and the Silvertones, 'Rock 'Til The End of Time' (Norton Records). Blood curdling!

Best song about chicken?

Dang, you ask the tough questions here. It's a toss up between Tony Harris's 'Chicken Baby Chicken' and Hasil Adkins' 'Chicken Walk'. And, I also love 'Chicken Pot Pie' by the Leopards.

How on earth do you find all the amazing music you play on Ichiban?

Ichiban is a combination of my 45s and LPs, the 'new bin' in the WFMU record library and stuff I find on blogs like Probe is Turning On The People and Twilightzone.

Five best 1960's record labels?

Stax/Volt/Sun/Band Box/King.

Favorite Roger Miller song?

Husbands and Wives.

Best part of having Dex Romweber play your wedding?

He sang, 'My Love, I Found Her' a cappella. I still have chill bumps.

Best record store in NY?

I like Big City Records in the East Village.

Best show you've ever seen at Maxwell's?

Another hard question! There are too many. The Yo La Tengo Hanukkah shows are always amazing, but I guess my favorite would have to be the last Reigning Sound show in November.

If Ichiban were a dish, what would it be?

Biscuits and gravy!
